I loved that the hotel was conveniently close to beautiful parks like Overlook Beach Park, just a quick 2 km away, perfect for my city strolls, and there were great dining options like Bob Evans only about 400 meters from the hotel, making it easy to grab a bite after exploring.

Try to grab coffee from the Starbucks in the lobby early in the morning. they often have a line when more guests wake up.

the bed was not a queen, more like a sad twin! ! absolutely dissapointed. also, who would think the pool would be closed? what a bummer. a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been a nice touch, especially given all the trouble. i had hopes for a better experience, but i just couldn’t, truly sad.

The property is conveniently located just 3 kilometers from fun spots like golf courses and skating rinks. Plus, my kids loved the large TV in the room, making it easy to unwind after our busy days exploring nearby attractions.

For instance, I ordered a breakfast sandwich that came quickly, but a family member's order took significantly longer and arrived incorrect. Additionally, I anticipated using the indoor pool facilities, but I found the pool closed during my visit, which was disappointing. Interactions with the front desk also felt lacking. I noticed sometimes there were long waits to be attended to. Despite those hiccups, the comfortable room and amenities made for a pleasant stay. I just hope they can improve on the service and ensure all facilities are operational.

Encountered several issues during my stay, like the elevator being the only option for three levels, leading to bottlenecks during busy times. Additionally, the beds could use a serious upgrade. those springs will remind you of long space travels. The bathroom cleanliness was questionable, with noticeable dirt on the floor that affected my comfort level. Also, the pool, which I was looking forward to using, was closed, which was a letdown.

The indoor pool was a blast for the kids, gross out stories aside, and the Wi-Fi helped us stream movies at night.
